Wow - did anyone see that one coming?

How Apple can get around the problem -

SInce email address are not even a dime a dozen,
and the scalpers are probably all the the map with domain names,
(so banning specific email addresses and domains probably would not work - and how do you identify?)
maybe Apple could put in a refuse if a specific IP addresses tries to register more than a specific number
of reservations in a specific time.
I know I'm not being very specific here, but it'll take just a little sitting down to figure that out.

Could also send some people undercover to see how the scalpers work.

But if anyone from Apple is sitting around reading this and thinks "what a brilliant plan!
You've saved Apple from the hoodlums, thank you so very much!" and wants to reward me, they can send me an iPad, thank you very much. :-)
