Coincidence Coinciding Two things coinciding At the very same time One makes sense While the other's to blame One offers forgiveness The other shame They both suck Like ships in the night Passing each other Like lovers drawn to finding each other mysteriously Coincidence carries a lot of weight Leaves falling, cloaks chiming Trees calling your timing Music message, kings cage us while preachers want to save us How many times can you rack it up to coincidence? Thoughts coinciding Young people fighting With hope and dreams Of concrete indifference Coincidence streams The passenger window Water droplets Holy and thin Keep your eyes open For coincidence coinciding With life on Earth and things you can't see The afterlife, the underworld God's Heaven all work in the same time zone? Coincidence?
