Reentering that stage of the game where I am beginning to put some faith back into NOVL, I purchased five (5) September 7 1/2 call options today at $1 1/8. Now I know that many of you might think this as a form of gambling (and I agree, it is) but:

1. with the stock receiving some +'ve buy recommendations last week and this morning;
2. technical charts showing support at the $7 1/2 level and
resistance in the $10 + area;
3. a new helm that will be given the benefit of the doubt
4. earnings coming out this week;
5. maybe some surprise announcement i.e new executive hires, earnings better than a $0.15/share loss etc....
6. stock trading closer to the 52-week low than the 52-week high

.....we could be off to a new beginning.

I even had a thought about an ad NOVELL should run in the papers:
