I spent little time on munis and muni funds so far. No positions. The funds look pretty ugly. Morningstar ratings are low for most Invesco Van Kampen (including VKI). Most funds are leveraged which is risky. Management fees are highish too.

I'd like to see much more blood before I buy. However, if the economic recovery continues, this might be close to bottom. So I will miss it. :)
