Hi Joe, Darn goodest post. I do own both and am still glad. I hope the Mueller deal is done next week and hope(really hope) the ACCC can be done in a relativly short time frame as you are right, it makes DCI a rather large $1 company(G). I didn't buy these plays based on a share "dividend" but I know others did and for them I am sorry, temporarily. The deal isn't done yet but I still think the "icing" could still be sweet......take care and goodest luck.... MH
