Exactly... and someone I met in the oil business just recently told me there are tankers filled and over filled with oil sitting off the coast, the global glut of oil is just beyond belief... I think the idea of a genuine shortage is day dreaming... This doesn't mean that the oil market won't be manipulated, it has been many times in the past, but the glut itself is over the top... GZ
