CHAPTER 11: I'll keep it "SHORT!" Guys, I don't know if anybody read my schpeel on trying to get my refund from America Online. I was one of those 50 free hr. customers, I used about 10, and all of a sudden they have been charging me. I either can't get through to them or their, "computers are down." I am so pissed off with the company, that I decided to buy puts today after I saw the stock walking on water. We all know that the I-Banks have to serve the customers and that this is just a simple case of manipulation. In the past, the last people to find out were the individual investors, but I think we're a little bit more savy now.
