The puter problem s**ks.. and I am in the middle of it... I am calling Michael Dell tomorrow.. I once called Gerstner at IBM because I was getting bad service on 2 P2 100's I had paid almost 5K for.. He had his VP of Tech call me and they solved the proble,. I also had a letter writing contest with the Pres Of Cannon before he changed my defective printer after it was repaired 4 times in the first three months I owned it.. I hate Bad Customer Service and will not tolerate it...
