That's a lie. Clinton's people were very tough on NK. They never trusted them on anything. And there is still no evidence NK is actually developing a nuke. It might just be a lie to rattle Bush after he rattled his sword at them with the "Axis Of Evil" speech. We'll see. I fully expect Bush to press for the same deal Clinton got, only to do it through a 3rd party (Even Gov Richardson) so to deny he personally caved into them. Bush really has no other options. Clinton didn't either except a military strike, which was considered then rejected.
