RS: Ooops! My mistake - the estimate for the quarter is $.44 vs. $.24 ,
not the $.39-.41 I thought it was. The estimate for 1997 is indeed
$1.75 as I stated. I heard the 19th from someone who called up the
CFO and asked.

The March quarter of 1996 was only $.22 per share - I would think that
this year should be twice that, more or less.
