Thanks for the customer intelligence report, Gary. I will certainly monitor the service cost issue and report my findings here. If you are saying that you only experience this problem for a few seconds per day that does not sound like too big a problem. Curious how often e-mail server is down and what average period of time that it is down.

ADLAC tells me that they are not planning to install anymore 10 Mb 2-way systems, but they are trying to offer one way 25Mb net service to their entire system before the end of the year.

That sounds like a pretty aggressive roll-out. I think the incremental revenues for this new service should greatly benefit the stock price.
