Richard: I spoke again to the initial underwriter of the IPO. This time to a different broker. I asked him a question about who he thought was accumulating the stock, trying to get him to contradict the other broker. He again said that they were aggressively accumulating the stock in the 13-14 range but had not bought any stock over the last couple of weeks. He did however back off from their earlier indication that an announcement about the LB debt offering was coming on the 15th. Now they say "in the next couple of weeks". This always irritates me. However, if the stock is going to continue to behave the way it has in the last few weeks a delay in the news may prove to be beneficial as the stock could continue to move upward. The first quarter numbers should be very good with the success of "Titanic". That and an announcement regarding a debt offering could get interesting. This is an industry that is hot and consolidating so the CLV strategy of high growth could draw a lot of attention. Your thoughts?
