For at least the 35th year in a row, I'll be attending the
opening day at Pimlico. It is always a sign of fun times
when the golf courses green up and "Old Hilltop" opens
its ancient doors.

Of interest to my SI friends: One of the races today for
cheaper critters includes horses whose names include
"Tout", another "Bear", and finally a "Dell". I will make
a sentimental exacta and triple bet.
