USLD announced on May 14 that its Board of Directors approved a plan to spin off its billing clearninghouse and information management services business to shareholders by way of a special dividend by the end of fiscal 1996. No other news yesterday. I would wait for pullback to low 30's; the stock has run up too much during the past 2 months. Worldcom should easily run up to $35 by the end of the year if it splits 2 for 1.
