Careful....Have you seen this? TO THE ACMG FORUM: the press release regarding Alcar Chemicals working with Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. is a total fabrication. it is not accurate. Cavasin's statements in the press release are a total piece of inaccurate and misleading information based on Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd.'s reply. i contacted Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. and inquired if there was any relationship with Alcar Chemicals and was advised that there was not. because of my inquiry to Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. they issued this e-mail to me in response to my inquiry,... and to Steven Sung. (the press release i am referring to is posted below) looks like the company has some explaining to do,... so much for accurate due diligence regarding this company. the companys integrity is now in question. this is Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. reply: Dear Mr. Sung, Kindly refer to your Press Release of February 5, 2007 posted on marketwire.com wherein the Alcar Chemical Group Inc., claims to be working with Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. towards a licensing agreement of its technology for production of ethanol. Bajaj Hindusthan Limited has never had any discussions with the Alcar Chemical Group on ethanol or related products. We are therefore, surprised and concerned at the dissemination of incorrect information through your Press Release and its posting on public websites. Kindly check the veracity of the statement and arrange to have this release removed from this as well as other sites that it may have been posted on. A line in confirmation would be appreciated.
