Stocksmart is a web site that shows institutional holders stocksmart.com It shows that MU-CANA INVT COUNSELLING (whoever they are) bought 400,000 shares around that time to bring their total to 1,400,000 shares It also mentions that as of June 30, KENNEDY CAPITAL MGMT INC has a position of 1,917,600 shares and is labeled as a "new position" (almost 10% of the company). It also mentions that "11 Institutions hold a 20.26% position, a 128.65% increase from the prior period. 3 Institutions established new positions, 3 increased holdings, 3 decreased holdings and 2 were unchanged." The fall in the share price has been accompanied by what looks to be very low volume. It does not look like the institutions have dumped that much. I am just going to hang on for the long haul on this and may buy more if I see the volume and price picking up.
