Art, George or Chester, FROM BRAD: Could you please export this to the DCIC/FTEL/FNET thread on SI. Thanx. "Grupo Brad"
To: Subject: "Grupo Brad"--EDITORIAL!
Good Morning Gang,
I know everyone is pretty excited about forthcoming news. I'm not, guess that's why I couldn't sleep and got up at 3:15 am. <GG>. As it turns out, I'm glad I did as it gave me a chance to reply to 50+ overnight E-Mails that I found in my box. Most of the questions dealt with DCIC vs. FTEL. What's the best buy, Which Co. stands to benefit more, etc.. First of all, it is not DCIC vs. FTEL. They are equal partners and will share equally in the upcoming IPO (FNET). It is my understanding that as recently as 10 days ago that some people were selling shares of FTEL to get more DCIC. Now the trend seems to be to take some profits on DCIC to buy more FTEL. My personal feeling is that they are sideways type moves. Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with taking a profit. I first mentioned DCIC at .28 and I know some of you came close to a 10-bagger. As recent as 10 trading days ago I mentioned that DCIC was a great buying opp. in the .90's and those that bought then nearly had a triple. My whole point is this. If you want to accumulate more of either stock, my recommendation is the same as it has always been. Find another source for your investment. I sincerely believe that both of these stocks are only in their infancy and they are very prudent holds at the very least. Raleigh Baughman has some very good points in regards to FTEL. They do produce the hardware and software and they do have "State of the Art" technology that noone else has. They will reap benefits as suppliers as witnessed by the backlog of orders at the present time. I do believe that FTEL stock price will eventually even out with DCIC and is very underpriced at this time. The point is, both should continue to grow and I would hate to see anyone that is invested in both not be able to reap the benefits of both. We are so close to realizing a phenomena that most people only have one chance in a lifetime to get in on. I'm not saying it is a lock that this will happen but this whole project has come a long way since Raleigh came upon this last Fall. They have methodically put pieces of the puzzle together and each piece in turn has fit the last. Big pieces are yet to come and I believe that today's announcement will be the biggest yet. We still have a way to go but I, personally, am real pleased with the way that both companies have handled things at this point in time. I also understand that two vital meetings went real well yesterday in New York City. In closing, let me say this. If this whole project comes to fruition, and at this time I have no reason to doubt it won't, I think we will all look back and remember today's prices and laugh. Both these companies are a dirt-cheap bargain. Geeeeeeez, it's time to "Rock n' Roll"
