Glenn, Glad to see someone is out there. :-) My next project will be to try to evaluate how much dilution has occurred. I am looking for the office of registrar for SISK so I can call and see just how many shares exist and determine their source. Then we try to determine how long before the conversion process is over. Then look for a bottom in the share price. Then try to establish managements objectives for future growth and dilution. Most important are the profits. Can management be up to this task. The shareholders deserve a break. billybob
