990312 37% (BULL) 21% (BEAR), 42% (NEUTRAL). There is a little increase in the "bear." This is healthy while the market is trying to reach the Dow 10,000. This week the market breadth is better than last week. Hopefully this will continue. Be prepare to take profit in any open positions in the next few weeks. Long term trend is up. Medium trend is up. Short term trend is up.
