Unfortunately I was too busy today to call the transfer agent, but the broker at Schwab who didn't have the document in front of him and was unfamiliar with the situation said the SEC is wanting SCNG to show how it plans to make the interest on the preferred shares outstanding. We were aware of the short term financial problems of the company, but one thing the broker said (and, once again, he was shooting from the hip because he didn't have the information I had)was that the SEC would look very closely if there was another secondary offering made to satisfy the requirements of the previous one. The transfer agent is Stocktrans and their phone # is 610 649-7300. They are open from 9-5:30 Eastern.
