Hi Jaime....

I am quite sure that NHTSA's concerns aren't related to the ITS.

I own a BMW 740IL, and it has side impact airbags installed for both the front and back seats. The back seats were optional, but the front seats are standard equipment.

Martinez himself was at a presentation in 1998 (approximately August of that year) where he discussed changes in Standard 201 right next to a BMW sedan, extolling the virtues of the car's head protection system.

I don't think this needs to be worried about.

The stock is finally acting like a real stock, and I suspect that some of the movement may be related to expectations for more news than simple earnings explanations in the May 6th conference call.

The volume is much too large, and in the past 3 days I believe approximately 1 million common have traded. This represents about 16% of the floating supply of shares.

I am keeping my fingers crossed, but Simula has a "habit" of occasionally making dual announcements at important earnings junctures. If the past is prologue, it wouldn't surprise me a bit to see some more news this week...

...which may give us a clue how the Coach and Car sale is going, whether there are any new platform agreements for ITS, and if there is continued improvement in San Diego.

I noted last week that the inclusion of Jim Saunders on the call is the first blatant signal from management that it feels it has the San Diego issues licked. We will know in due course.

Have a good evening.
