Personally, I think we'll save more lives and more money if we strike. But I can understand the viewpoint of those who'd rather contain.

I could understand those viewpoints, too -- EXCEPT --
containment doesn't address the human rights situation within Iraq, and the people who are most adamant about merely containing Iraq are (for the most part) the same people who were totally supportive of Clinton ousting Milosivec. Thus, there is an inherent hypocrisy -- which makes it very difficult to support the position.
