MCI or SPRINT ?
Your right the question does depend mostly on were you are
located..THEY are both very good, if you happen to be along
the MCI- OC3, or 0C12, you'r getting on the very best..but
if you don't hop into one of those, then it's often a toss
up, and can boil down to if your ISP, has a T1 or T3,
or what and how much traffic is on it, and how many hops your
packets have to make before they get on a main backbone,
that has more to do with it I guess than the backbone it self
Sprint has more entrance points..but that is subjective,
I'm mostly on MCI..as we have a straight T1 to Dallas, and
then hop on the BIG super highway , only one hop..I don't go
via Houston, MCI has the best super highways..not the most
but the best. Sprint has the most hook up points, not the best
but the most, some times that can be an advantage. <G>

The Two biggest demons ( mutual funds ) that own America Offline, are going to get a letter from me shortly, It will be highly critical of them being so heavily invested in what is going to lose, I will make the letter public..and any answere they give me..I will likely point out how sorry their performance has been for the last year of those funds.
What gets me is how many people are having money taken from them at work and thats going into funds, like many putting money in retirement plans are getting ripped off..( and it's beginning to look planed by the managers as there is no way they could be that stupid in a bull market ).."it's unbelievable how so many people take their
K104s for granted, thinking that the money will be there down the
road.." never thinking about how a lot of what is going on is out
and out criminal.
