OT: I just mentioned that in a PM to someone. It's a bit of a longer wave, but this is going to cause a dramatic shift in the employment outlook over the next 15 years. The retiring baby boomers were to leave an expanisive opening for incoming and rising youth. That will be dramatically affected now. We should see elevated unemployment rates for years.
