Success at last:

Finally got the correct combo of protected items. The missing one was peculiar to my system. devdlr16 which is from Creative Technologies (my sound card).

So, now I have the following programs protected:

1)devldr16
2)explorer
3)systray
4)enditall

I currently have the Norton systemworks not loading at startup also. So I will start to add that back in now.
