CGI Technology Development Agreement Signed, HTN E-Commerce Services link with BCE Emergis To Go Live April 25/00,
APRIL 14, 2000 TORONTO, ONTARIO--HTN today announced the signing of a technology development agreement with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc.. Under the agreement, CGI's expertise in large scale systems design and implementation will assist HTN with the enhancement and deployment of HTN's global network strategy.
HTN also announced that it has successfully completed the integration and testing of its Entertainment Commerce Platform with BCE Emergis' high volume online payment authorization system. This phase of the deployment of HTN's services will be ready for live operation on April 25, 2000.

HTN Strategic Committee
HTN's Strategic Committee is actively reviewing several financing, partnership, and acquisition opportunities that will develop and build escalated value for the HTN shareholders.
Following the Special Shareholders Meeting of February 22, 2000, the Directors formed the Strategic Committee to assist management in the review and evaluation of acquisitions and capital projects, assist in the realignment of the management structure, review all financing opportunities and assist management in the implementation and execution of Board strategies and direction. The members of this committee are Donald Green, Chairman of the Board, Penny Weeks, Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Colin McLarty as Chair.
James Potter, London, ON, who was elected recently as a Director of the Corporation, has decided to resign from this position, and provide ticket industry sales and marketing services as an independent consultant. Further appointments to the Board will be announced in the near future.
