I've been rereading the last annual report and going over the SEC files. My opinion is the largest shareholders have the most to lose. The Chairman of Jeld-Wen, I believe owns more the 3 million shares. We might see a reverse split and some serious dilution, but I don't think they will issue new shares and leave ours worthless. The term Debtor in Possession, bothers me however, hopefully it means Joint Ownership. We will see in due time.
