I'm fond of old style print books too, but I guess if the price and convenience was right I could learn to live with e-books. I find that about 85% of the books I read aren't good enough for me to want to read them more than once, and several times I've donated the excess to my local library. There's another possibility for e-books - eventually any special e-book could be downloaded to a printer and printed out if you really wanted a print form of the information.
Books have remained basically unchanged for the last 150 years.Though the processes of publishing are different, the end result is almost the same. It's hard to believe that the information revolution won't impact "textual deliver eventually. In fact, I think this is an inevitable tornado, though I'm unsure about the timing.
