I had heard this refuted by a speaker who said that ....that is what everyone thinks, but that many of the imbedded chips are questionable at best and not proven to be compliant. I've heard both sides and agree that the larger issue is what you are saying, and things like the general infrastructure....power, water, and how about this???>>> Just in time inventory systems, which are totally systemic and dependent on others. All must work or much can fail.
