Then you could use LLV(Stoch(8,3),10)<80 to find a stochastic that breached below 80 at some point in the previous 10 days. It would also pick up a stochastic value that is presently below 80. Then add in Stoch(8,5)>20 to set the bottom value. The HHV(Stoch(8,3),10)<80 was looking to restrict values below 80 for at least 10 days, which is what if first thought you were looking for. Maybe this helps.
