Their competition is not really important. They have a huge contract with the govt and we are just waiting for the government
to start the work. They are also starting to make inroads with some of the primes, because they can do the work better and cheaper (and in many of those cases the primes would be the comp)
and they also have the advantage of being a small business for govt. purposes.
But they do also have to compete again many small companies, but they pretty much have a niche which they are exploiting and expanding
