Disclaimer: no doubt many on this thread are better able to answer your question, and I use TA only as a way to improve my timing on stocks I would otherwise buy. Just an arrow (a dull one in my case) in my quiver--not my main focus.

Stock below 25 day moving average, and flirting with ducking under the 50 day ma. Price along bottom Bollinger band and MACD negative. Stock may be at rock bottom, fire-sale price now, but it may also be heading down. As the saying goes, I don't want to be the first skater on the pond. Waiting for evidence that we have seen the bottom.

Smarter technicians please check me.

As for when 36? That is way beyond me. (Honestly, I would be skeptical of any claims that predict that, but I am still learning.)
