Have Dell PC prices dropped much recently? I want to buy a 4100 (P3) or 8100 (P4) and Intel cut CPU prices a few days ago, I wonder if the Dell prices have dropped already. They have as incentives a free RAM doubling and hard drive upgrade this week.
