Biased sample set. Only compared what happened during the last 6-7 year bull mkt, which for the RUT, by definition ended last spring. It may be a new bull mkt but comparisons to moves in the last one seem over-stated. I am on record as stating that a bear mkt the last year was a bit undeserved but now will take other side and say valuations do not support a further 25-30% rally.
