Rove, or whoever it was, gave Cooper the OK to talk to the grand jury. So what, he didn't give Miller the same ok? The most interesting analysis I heard was that the prosecution is looking for a pattern of behavior so that the person can't hide behind the excuse of a 'verbal slip up' or 'lack of knowledge' very easily. If he talked to Cooper and then talked to Novak and then to Miller on the subject at different times, then that shows a pattern to harm Wilson/Plame. At any rate, it had better be a very senior individual (or two) in the WH or otherwise national security is out the window. Imagine, lots of lower level idiot Republicans running around the country with a list of CIA operatives.
