I concur with your diagnosis. In any case, the bottoms are rising, and the current "top" is 0.20, which defines the "ascending triangle" pattern so dear to chartists' hearts!! Once through 0.20 with three consecutive closings above 0.20, a breakout will have been established! Wait and see. Meanwhile, buying on weakness would be in order here, as I think a trend reversal has already been established, don't you?
