Good point. But, is not "the system" only as good as the people? I am sure you get my drift... It takes leadership - daring, honest and innovative - to rally people off their couches. And they are sitting on couches. Or shopping. Or eating. Some love endorphins and are jogging. None will pay attention unless attention is called for. That is what Rove/Bushco is so good at: Generating attention and focusing it where they want it. Want change? Find another Dean... of course, there is Dean... HA! i (For the record, I did not vote for Dean... but I was wrong.)
