Mark, 10,400 had significance for DOW (you already knew this).. Found this on SI.. signalwatch.com Very interesting.. your original 8,500 DOW prediction may not be crazy after all.. Still, I'll just watch... all it will take is one catalyst and POW!.. 8,500 or 13,000. Rashid
