Marvin-- I would concur with your reasoning for price appreciation. MorganStanley DW likes SUNW at 35 times 2000E of 1.72. Moreover, management has convinced many that they can grow top-line 20% over next three to five years while cutting 300 basis points off SG&A. IMHO, risk is in execution of market share growth in software, hopefully assisted by IBM, Oracle, AOL, Netscape... Jeff
