PCR is an interesting company. We noted them when they finished the Indian casino in CT and opened a new project nearer to me in CA.

Also interesting is the tender offer for their depository shares expiring May 9th. Could this cause a short covering frenzy by any hedge position against the stock by the depository holders? Hmmmmmmmmmm
