The ruling on AVNT was reversed in August of this year so the courts are in the same place they were a few years ago.

This means it could continue the wild ride, so the risk is there. Judging by how much time the courts have taken just to declare a trial the courts could take many years on the issue. By that time AVNT should be able to easily pay damages if there are any.
