Thanks Kirby....the best turnaround specialists I've found in the business are Alverez and Marsal who were responsible for turning Health South around. During that trunaround I got to know Brian Marsal, and learned first hand just what he could do. I'll check out Alix Partners and their guy, CFO Michael Murphy and share my thoughts.
