I sold because I had planned to for diversification.

If you have no tax consequences, and you think it will be a downturn lasting for a few days, Sell and buy back, if you think you are swift enough. I have not had much luck doing this, but I can see it as a reason to sell.

If you haven't had a case of the runs lately, and you miss them, you could sell and take a vacation in Mexico. :0)
