I'm not so sure about "honorable," as I hold no elective office of note, and am not necessarily "honored" in more than a few venues, but I did see, and appreciate, the post (both here and there), and the subtle reminder that I should, perhaps, show up more often.

For the moment, I am reduced to parroting the immortal words of Douglas MacArthur:

I shall return!

(Although, when I do, it shall be sans the accompanying army of 1000's that assisted MacArthur in his return the Philippines)
