You may have something there, I suppose. I do not know the ratio of closeted to uncloseted gays. On the other hand, a gay person has the option of keeping it to himself, unlike others who may suffer workplace discrimination. Mostly, I judge by the fact that I have met many openly gay people in the course of my life, some of them friends, and none of them had complaints in that area. Of course, I live on the East Coast.....
