Welcome to my nightmare, Charlie. *L*

At this point I'm convinced that AOL is probably exempt from the laws of physics, not just what we believe to be the laws of the market.

I'm content to see that while the moves haven't been large enough, they seem to be in the right direction.

What I'm really curious about is what'll happen Friday. I largely ignore the hacker wannabes (those that simply scroll chat room screens by inundating them with incoming text, or get lots of unwanted email sent to people), but have to wonder if the "real McCoys" will view this as a challenge.

I'm pretty adept with a computer (I'm a programmer by trade), but know I'm not up to the task of seriously hacking AOL. People exist who are capable, though, and they might just want to have some fun that day. On the other side of the coin, they might steer clear, since I'm sure such activities will be closely monitored on Friday.
