You shouldn't expect tax cuts to have any direct impacts on people who don't pay taxes...

But, assuming there are no indirect benefits, which can't be tested without removing the tax cuts... would also be error.

The obvious error in the logic... is the implied causality between tax cuts and the accelerated growth in income inequality... which is presented without any examination or proper consideration of what IS driving income inequality... that isn't about tax policy ?

The tax policy debate... is a canard to distract you from what does matter... in other policy that drives the ongoing accelertion in income and wealth inequality... and does so deliberately.
