"Toyota did not give any indication of its expectations for sales
of XM installed vehicles. The first XM installed Toyota vehicles will roll out
in 2006 for model year 2007. By our estimates, Sirius and XM will evenly split
the 154K Toyota customers in 2005 that chose satellite radio -- these radio
installations will all be as a dealer- installed option."
