PCSTEL, I'm really confused as to why you have so much disdain for BLS and yet you still hold the LOR stock. You claim to have bought it at $6.50 so you are now up a buck so do yourself and us a favor and go somewhere else to invest. If you think Loral is one of the best and most undervalued investments as I do then quit being so damn pessimistic. I don't mind objective dialogue but you are a master of magnifying the negative and conveniently ignoring the positive developments. This is unfair to the company and to the rest of us who believe in this company. Bitching your pessimism to us does no good. Try talking to BS as at least Defendall does. I do talk with the management also and attend shareholder meetings.

I too have an archive of your posts and remember well how you moaned that GSTRF would not get the $500million vendor financing from Qualcomm. I told you were wrong and I was proven right. You never said,"oh good they did get the financing".This is good for Globalstar and Loral.

Later you bitched and moaned about how Globalstar would be losing the $250million Chase credit facility and you were wrong. Sure you tried to later vindicate yourself by saying that they did "default" on the loan as if you were right. Bernard Schwartz simply exercised a clause in the contract that he was fully entitled to and it was legitimate....not a default according to GSTRF. The point is they got the money and instead of being man enought to say you were wrong you wrongly bitched about it being a default instead.

Your approach is self-serving and destructive to Globalstar and Loral. You can't even fess up when you are wrong.

Try being a little more objective in the positive developments if you are truly hoping to see Globalstar and Loral succeed.

This week was a milestone for IFN and Globalstar. It marks the departure of Globalstar from the Iridium comparisons. Even Cramer said so this week. The articles mentioning Globlastar with IFN NEVER referred to Globalstar as the "only sat phone company to not go bankrupt" or the "beleagured satellite company", etc. You know all the references.

For the first time the media is recognizing that Globalstar is unique and is a valuable company with potential since IFN's success is dependent on it. All the media was the most positive I have seen it this year.

The share price went up nicely by 15% in two days. This is a sign of progress. Yet you bitch:

"Now the share price is @ 11 1/2 and suddenly longs such as yourself want to proclaim "victory".. It's only @ 11 1/2 versus $30 a year ago.."

You clearly state "you longs such as yourself." This is a Freudian slip on your part because you are admitting you are not long. Hello, if you are long LORAL you are LONG GLOBALSTAR because Loral owns 40% remember. Trying to defeat an asset of Loral is not the action of a Loral Long. It is the behavior or a shorter.

It takes time to get back up to $30. Its going in the right direction. This is a prime example of how you make a negative out of a positive. The shares go up 15% in two days and you complain . Don't give me that "Globalstar Beggar" routine on Loral's doorstep. A success for Globalstar is a success for Loral. As Neil Armstrong said on the moon, "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

Be man enough to recognize the fact that on Yahoo and Silicon Investor you are consistently recognized as one of the most consistent bashers of Globalstar. Consider a little more "possibility thinking" and you will be a greater support to this new venture.

History is in the making, a paridigm shift is occurring. Why go down in history as being one of its greatest doubters who did nothing to help its cause and did everything he could to hurt it?

Globalstar will be a great asset...why don't you? Use your native intelligence in a positive, more objective way and you will be more respected.
