Larry: OK, I understand that. But did Paracelsian receive more money for those shares, or did they just buy them from others who were selling? The reason I ask is that Robin and I have been speculating that paracelsian needs NEW cash to pay for the East-West deal. We have been speculating that they might need another stock sale to complete their funding requirements. Rick D
